2. Verification Process
Every review undergoes multi-layer verification:
- Identity Check – We confirm that the reviewer is a real person and the actual client or representative of the client organization.
- Project Validation – We require documentation such as contracts, invoices, or public project links.
- Moderation – Our in-house moderation team reviews all submissions to ensure compliance with our content guidelines.
3. Rating Calculation

We believe recent feedback is the most valuable. While all verified reviews remain visible, we highlight recent ratings and display the date of submission to ensure transparency.

Companies cannot pay to alter ratings. Premium subscriptions only influence visibility, not review scores. Our revenue model is independent from our scoring system, ensuring complete integrity.
6. Ongoing Quality Control
We conduct periodic audits of published reviews. If we discover a review that no longer meets our verification standards or is proven false, it is removed.
